People rarely brag about a middle school but we have one of the best. Mr. Cahill (principal) really loves this age group and it shows! There are wonderful electives and a top notch group of teachers.
Overrated. What I was most surprised about when my son entered 6th grade is the inconsistencies between teachers all teaching the same grade. We were handed paper handouts for each individual class with very different requirements for each individual class. It was a surprise both that the teachers in the same grade weren't better coordinated and also the lack of use of the school website to post these documents electronically. Overly complex for no reason. Very overcrowded. Very stressed out teachers. Hard to learn in this environment.
Millburn Middle School is phenominal. It's teachers set a great example and try the best that they can to make us the great people of the future thay believe we were born to be. It's an amazing school and Community and everyone is extreamly nice. You would be blessed to attend this school.
MMS is an amazing example of how well dedicated teachers and parents who support the educators and their children can create an enviroment where all children can succeed
