This is truly a Brilliant school. We started our child off in public school, but were terribly dissatisfied and needed to find a school that would ensure that our child would get the best possible education. What a difference! Our teacher truly cares that the children not only receive the fundamentals, but that the foundation for future learning is properly built, and that the LOVE of learning is also nurtured! The school environment is warm, creative, and modern, while remaining organized and well grounded in 'tried and true' traditional methods as well. The community of parents is also amazing, it's like an extended family where parents help each other and work together to help their school. Our only regret is that we didn't put our child in Our Lady of Mercy straight from the beginning, but at least our younger children will benefit from our older child's experience.

I am the current parent of 4 students at OLM. We LOVE the school. The teaching staff is second to none. As a former educator, I couldn't be happier with our decision to attend OLM. The 'not-so flattering' review below is honestly the first negative thing I have heard from a student during our years at OLM. We have experienced all aspects of PK/K, lower & upper school, and have nothing but positive things to say. I will;however, admit that although my overall opinion of the Early Learning Center is tops, I will say that if you are looking for a structured educational based pk program, there are others out there for the same tuition. Our decision with our fourth child was to take advantage of other opportunities & return him for K-8.

I am an alumna of OLMS, and my youngest child of four children is now enrolled at the school. After spending 14 years at public schools with my older children, it is a tremendous relief to be involved at OLMS! One visit to the school and you will immediately sense an atmosphere of peace, serenity and community. The children from early childhood through grade 8 interact with each other on a daily basis, modeling excellent behavior, compassion and understanding. The academics are rigorous, with students ranking 1-3 years above grade level on standardized tests. Even better, students can speak freely about God, and learn to live and love through faith in action.

I'm an alumna.. I graduated in 2004 after spending four great years at OLM. While at OLM, i had the oppurtunity to play softball, basket ball, and soccer, have an active role in the drama program, be an attorney on the mock trial team, act as editor in chief of the school newspaper,as well as serving as vice president of the Student Council..things i could not have done at a very large school. OLM prepared me for the real world while giving me a great education. The students in my class were all accepted to our top choice high schools, and many of us were also offered numerous academic scholarships. With the exception of a limited few, the teachers care about the students...I still talk to my teachers. In addition, the small classes enable the students to be very close-knit.. I still treasure the memories made at this wonderful school.
