Magill Elementary School

I love this school! My son has attended Magill since 1st grade and is now in the 4th, he loves this school as well. Every teacher he has had has been exceptional, caring, educated and positive. I only hope for that to continue his remainder time at Magill. Although the previous principal was not as effective with the parents I do hope the changes made will only be better for the school and community.

This was my sons first year at Magill. I found the school to be excellent in meeting his special needs as an autistic child. I thank Mrs. Rudolph and her team for working hard with him. I saw many positive changes in him that I never saw before. This was also the first year that he loved school. Again, thanks Magill.

My child has been at Magill since kindergaten. What once was a school of excellence has gone down hill due to overcrowded classrooms and teachers stretched so thin they don't have time for one on one with students. The rules change daily, students are confused and stressed. Their only focus is test scores and not the individual needs of students. Parental concerns often go unaddressed for weeks. The admin staff is too busy to get to know students and parents on a personal level.

My son is going in to the 4th grade and has attended Magill since 1st. I LOVE this school, the teachers are great and the enviornment is good as well. No school is perfect but I think Magill is one school I'm proud to say my son attends.
