Our grandchild, like mother and uncle before, is a Sanderson student. Class sizes are small so the kids get great teacher attention. Reading, writing, and math skills blossom. Teachers inspire great science interest. Learning extends to the home. We like watching the cows in adjacent fields and the building won awards. There is room for non-residents to enjoy this safe school where personal growth is as important as test scores.
There are many activities offered at the school, some by the school itself, some by the parents. Soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, Mad Science, science club, band, book club, drama club, Mexican Exhcange program. Some of these activities are grade dependent. Administrative leadership has been very good the last two years. My children have/still do attend the school and thus far all of them have had a very good education.

Limited amount of activities. Extremely poor principle outlook. My sons attended from 1st-6th grade and we were so disgusted by the end we pulled them out of the public school system all together.
