Duluth High has a team of wonderful teachers who care and teach. My daughter graduated in 2007, and went to a wonderful university in Boston. Without these teachers' efforts, I don't think my daughter would have been where she is now. Thank you, Duluth High teachers.
This is the 2nd child I have had at DHS and the expeiences of both are different as night and day! One graduated in 2002 and my 2nd will graduate in 2012. This school has 'upped its game' in an effort to lead in academics, athletics and social conscience. The new principal last year, Jason Lane, has zero tolerance and 100% pride in the students and school; and instills this pride in his students and parents as well. A new Athletic Director, a Gifted Student program and AP offerings second to none. We hd a choice and chose DHS! We may be smaller than most area high schools, but watch out Brookwood, Parkview and Peachtree Ridge...We're aiming for number one, and my bet's on Duluth! Keep up the good work!
