Our son started at ACE when he was four. He is completing his third year at the school. We were sold on the program because of the integrated curriculum, small class sizes, and excellent teachers. I consider our decision to send our son to ACE one of the best decisions we have made. The small class sizes facilitate teacher student interaction and allow students to move at their own pace as they learn to read and do math. The curriculum is excellent. My favorite part of the curriculum is that over a period of four years the students review history from the ancient civilizations to modern ones. The history lessons are woven into their reading and writing lessons. In the subsequent four years they repeat the process with increasingly depth. Best of all, our son loves learning and enjoys school.

A small, private school on Houston's westside, that offers an outstanding academic program. Based on a classical curriculum, the children are encouraged to explore and advance at their rate. They are learning critical thinking and writing skills, how to organize themselves, and impressive language skills. The teachers, Miss Janet and Miss Dawn, are dedicated and passionate about what they do. They visit a library or bookstore twice a month, have hands-on field trips. The schoold offers a variety of after school activities including foreign language, musical theatre, chess club, music appreciation to name a few. We have been very happy with this school and the progress out children have achieved.
