Veryu supportive. They take the time to help the children, first to achieve grade level, then to excell above and to the extent of their potential. All students are also acknowledged, with great care to understand their needs.
Great Charter school for encouraging students to grow and mature in their studies and pursuits as a preparation for college. From 7th grade through 12th.
Our son was in the graduating class of 2009 and it was truly a moving experience to watch and listen to these 30 seniors who have all become outstanding citizens. Their love and compassion towards each other and and teachers was clearly evident. They all felt the loss of our beloved principal who passed away just weeks before their graduation and who made the school what it is today. There may not be a lot of sport activities and the some teachers may be better than others, but one consistency is that you know that all of these teachers want to be there. They all go out of their way to be mentors. This is a school that builds character.
