My child enjoys attending this clean preschool. The staff is very professional and loving. There is a lot of hands-on activities. On the downside, this school lacks crafts activities and academic instruction, and communication between teacher and parent is poor, in my experience.

This is an amazing school! I am absolutely flabberghasted that an actual parent only rated it three stars! I am curious if your child has attended any other programs in the area? I disagree with the disillusion that there is no curriculum. You must not have attended the curriculum meeting at the beginning of the year. Yes, this is a play-based facility but numerous amounts of research show that is the most developmentally appropriate approach to learning and brain development for preschoolers! My son is in his second year at the program and loves it! He was painfully shy last year and the teachers were so nurturing and very intentional to make it a positive first school experience for him. He is now very outgoing and even eager to get to school. His teachers this year are equally as wonderful! Also a great school for children with special needs! Bravo, COW!

This is the most popular preschool in the Woodlands, and the largest. It boasts an outstanding physical facility, and there is a good supply of age-appropriate crafts and toys. The teachers are uneven-some were excellent and others were average at best Prior to kindergarten, there is no curriculum at this school-it is all 'play-based', which meant, at least in my experience, that all classes, ages 18 mos through 4, were doing almost exactly the same things. The 'play-based' approach leads to a relatively warm but aggressively unacademic environment (or, as my 4 yr old asked, why call it pre-school if we don't learn anything?). In sum, it is a clean and loving place for your child, just don't expect any academics at all.

My son attended for the first time last year and is enrolled to begin his second year. All the teachers are great and very patient! I would not send my children anywhere else! And, boy are they organized!
