Prattville Primary School

Our family has just moved to Alabama this summer. I have been extremely impressed with his teacher and the school in general. My son is in Mrs. Emily Mills second grade class. Mrs. Mills makes learning fun and at the same time she is not afraid to challenge her students. Parents are encouraged to be as involved as much as they would like.

My child is currently attending Prattville Primary School. It is a wonderful experience. Mrs. Shoupe is her teacher and continues to amaze me everyday with her energy and dedication. This school is well run. I am so very thankful that my child is challenged each and every day. I love this school!

We moved here from Virginia and I was nervous about Alabama schools, but once we visited, we weren't nervous anymore. My son went through both 1st (Mrs. Walden) and 2nd (Mrs Syslo) grade at PPS. Mr K knows every child by name, and they truly have an open door policy. I was always welcome. My son never suffered from a lack of recess. He loved Coach Jones and they had plenty of free time. My son is very artistic and although they don't have a formal art program, they are constantly working on art projects in the classroom. I just found out that my second son was going to be in Mrs Walden's class for his 1st grade year this year, and it absolutely breaks my heart that we are moving away! It was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone!
