I just want to start off by saying I could not be happier with The Phoenix Schools and Principal, Sandy Hanavan. My son has been attending the Phoenix for 3 years now and the education is just extrodinary! When I look at my son compared to kids his age in the public school system it just amazes me how much more knowledge he has and how much more advanced he is academically! It is so awesome to see the teachers take the extra time to work one on one with my son and give him the extra push he needs to succeed. The office staff is always warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. I would recommend the Phoenix to anyone and can't imagine sending my son anywhere else!!
My son is very happy at Phoenix as well!!! The teachers here work tirelessly, and they are very patient with the children and the parents. My son is being challenged to his maximum abilities because of their customized programs. The principal has always been very kind and receptive to parents.
My son is very happy at Phoenix! He looks forward to going every day. He Especially enjoys the Corn dog and Pasta lunches!! We made the right decision
I believe the issue with Phoenix is Leadership by Principal. The principal never responds to emails nor takes issues seriously. The answer is 'I will get back to you' or 'I will look into it' It appears that she has a feeling that students will keep coming no matter how she or other teachers deal with parents / kids. From my experience, Kids learn Lot in Kindergarten than in 1st grade. In 1st Grade, There is one teacher who is very skilled and takes the job to her heart ( I dont want to quote names here as most of the parents know her .. ) Credibility to an institution comes from quality of service. Every parent shells out $8K / year. Every class of 20 students do have an average income of $160K / Year - Are we recieving a great service ?
