Two Eagle River School has been about the student. What you as a student want to get out of life you will receive the assistance from the Staff, Teachers, and leadership at Two Eagle. Your Student bring to Two Eagle their environment if you as parents provide a safe nurturing home life your child will bring that to Two Eagle. I am a parent of a Two Eagle student but also a graduate of Two Eagle when the Eagles were side by side.
Two Eagle offers a unique opportunity for students who have been pushed aside or around in the public school system. A student will get as much education as he or she will let the teachers offer. It is a small environment and will only be as good as the student wants it to be. Many people have negative opinions of Two Eagle but it is mostly because they do not see the place form the inside out. Check it out before you judge one way or the other. I have had children graduate from there who are now attending college and doing well. I presently have a student there who is not anything close to the delinquent I hear people talk of that go to school at TERS. Again, I ask that you to stop and check it before passing any judgements....
This school has a lot of potential for the Native Students. It gives the students a chance to learn their culture and language. The teachers there are wonderful, they work with each student to meet their needs and challenge them.
