This school is wonderful. The principal is very fair and caring. She has a great staff and they all care about the students.
This school is old but very clean and welcoming! Its got the school atmosphere I had as a child. Well mannered children here. Great teachers and staff. I love this school and my kids love it too.
The Aug. 2003 review was so true. The P.E. teacher (Ms. Monterio) is great. She is fair with the students. Seeing as she is the one that deals with them most times. The other staff acts as if the would rather be somewhere else and the care not for the students this is very plain to see. The principal (Mrs. Howley) she pretty much thinks herself better than anyone. She looks down her nose at both students and parents. I myself have caught several of the staff and office personnel being dishonest with parents. There are no extracurriculars at the school. Most grades haven't even been on field trips. The schedule is 7 hours day they students are reading about 5 hours and suppose to work in math, social studies and science when they are not at P.E. or lunch. Unsure how they learn these other 3 subjects.
The principal and faculty is very fair. The students do not run wild in the school. Parents are able to walk in and participate anytime feeling like they are part of a family. Great atmosphere. Clean and friendly
