What a wonderful school. I couldn'd have asked for much more. My children are doing well in academics and learning about their faith. I feel that the new staff has settled in and is already part or the family. That is what you are when you attend OLPH.

While we miss the Franciscan Sisters. Our school is still going strong. We are focused on teaching our children about the Catholic faith and we are making huge strides in academics, technology, and safety. Our children are in a more secure environment and the principal's door is always open. Our teachers motivate our children with positive reinforcement and encourage them to set personal goals that help them both in the classroom and in society. This has been a wonderful year. The teachers have raised the bar and the children are rising up to meet it! Kudos to the teachers for the countless personal hours and personal financial contributions they give to our children that many parents are completely unaware of. We love OLPH!!!

What a disaster this school has become. This is our last year there. I will take public school over this! The religious aspect is gone- there is no reason to pay for the education. Most of the teachers are new and inexperienced and the children suffer with their incompetence! The new Principal is confused about what is means to be Catholic! TheyThere are too many great teachers gone!

This is a great school. The Franciscan Sisters will be missed but we welcome the new leadership and fresh ideas. It's only been a few weeks since the school year started and I'm already seeing a lot of positive changes. I disagree about the comments about not having enough PE. Yes, they have PE once a week but they also have sports programs. It's up to the student and parents to participate and sadly, I don't see enough children joining the school teams because the parents are too busy to get involved. The academics are great, sometimes a little too much homework. Most importantly, they set the right foundation for the students to believe in their faith. Academics can be learned at any school but faith is something that must be introduced very early to young children. OLPH does all that and more.
