JHS has about 1,060 students attending in grades 9-12. Being a student in a rapidly growing community, I question whether or not the school is going to have enough room to expand, with a growing population. As one of my classes, the freshman geometry honors class is very challenging, and although there are many honors classes, JHS offers only one AP class. The school's environment is safe, but some parts of the interior need updating. Since there is no other private high school in Jasper (besides homeschooling), sending your students to JHS would not be a mistake.

Jasper High School is a four-star school that deserves its recognition. The school offers a wide array of classes to benefit your student's future career plans. In 2007, the school is beginning a new array of HONORS classes. These new classes offer a challenging curriculum for the accelerated students. Theatric Arts, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, Chorus, and Adv. Chorus are available to the students interested in music. The art department offers many art opportunities, I believe there are about 20 different courses offered. Sports are a great aspect of the school, and the community is prime benefactor to sporting activities. The clubs at the high school are also remarkable. There is a club for everyone at the high school. Parent involvement at the school is very high. Parents can assess their child's grades through a computer program called 'Parent Connect'. Parents volunteer their time often.

Jasper High School is an awsoem school. It provides anything you could dream of. Your foreign languages are German, French, Japenesee, and Spanish. There are all sorts of art classes, fashon textiles, chior, band, and just about every sport. Parent envolvement is really high. THere is a program that is available for the paretns called 'Parent Connect' it is run through the internet and it enables you to check on you students grades and to see if they have homework, so you know if they are doing it like they are supposed to. JHS is very friendly and safe!
