I personally attended Sonora High School and grew up in Sonora, Texas. I went to three other high schools in Texas and must say that Sonora high school is number one. The sense of community is great. The academics were oustanding. The athletics program is superior. The availablity of the teachers and staff was remarkable. If you have a question after class you can call them at home or may see them at that evenings sporting event. I was in choir and theater arts. Both programs were great and I learned so much. Parent involvement was great! The stands or auditorium were always pakced with family, friends and teachers.

I fairly enjoyed my stay at Sorora High School. The atmosphere was not too big and not too small with some teachers that genuinely wanted to help and took an interest in school and community life.

This school is very well educated, it is an exemplary campus! The teachers are excellent and will do most anything to have their student's passing. Sonora also takes great pride in their extracurricular activities and has an excellent football team, and excells in all sports.
