I enjoy being at this school, and I was here for both seventh and sixth grade. This year (7 gr.) Ha sbeen alright the kids are kinda crappy. The best two teachers that i have had at this school are Mr, Kerry Griffith (6th grade reading) and Ms. Patricia Munoz (7th grade spanish) Try to get your kids these teachers if you are planning to enroll them.
I am very pleased with my son's experience at Ecker Hill. The teachers and staff genuinely care - and it shows. My son is being challenged in many ways, academically, socially, organizational skills, etc. He is so empowered and encouraged along the way, that he is gaining a new sense of what he is capable of and of self respect. It is very cool. I love powerschool and how eager most of his teachers are to help.

I attended Ecker Hill MS for most of my 7th grade year. The school is amazing. The building, that is. Teachers were average, curriculum was average. If you're planning on taking spanish, make sure to ask for Ms. Munoz. She is awesome. Students at this school measure you by how much money you have. Then your clothes, etc. Very materialistic.
