Brookfield teachs child one grade ahead of any schools in Reno. The teachers are okay but the curriculm is great. It is tuition is very expensive. I wish there were more electives for the kids.
It is good compared to the rest of Reno, but you will be disappointed if you moved from any other decent city. No school in Reno would get above 4 stars. Parents 5 stars for participation. Students 5 stars for their good manners. Teachers 3 stars - some are excellent, some are ok, for a private school there should be more consistency in excellence. Curriculum 1 star, too basic. Extracurricular 4 stars Owners 1 star, rigid
One of the best things I did for my kids was to enroll them in Brookfield. The academic standard is high and teachers are great!
Brookfield is by and far the best school you will find in Northern Nevada. They have helped my children grow by leaps and bounds, with small class sizes, individualized attention, and a strong focus on academics. They have a weekly hands-on science program which is outstanding, and dedicated classroom teachers who care about the children and are truly interested in educating.
