JWJ is a wonderful school filled with hard working staff members.The parents are concerned and suppportive. The school has experienced tough times but have kept the school alive and well. The students are successful and the scores and growth cannot be denied. Too bad the powers that be did not care to invest in the school success. Best wishes JWJ as you move towards the end of school. JWJ one of HISD's emerging and successful schools. Gods Speed to each and all.

I wouldn't recommend you to send your child to this school. My child was disrespected by other children and teachers. The after school program wasn't intersesting at all and the academic rates arn't that great eighter. This school relys on parents to do much of the work. The staff and teachers were very rude to my child and misunderstanding. On numerous occasions my 4th grader has reported to me about her teachers and peers 'accidently' using fowl language. This school is very much in debt and I'm happy to see their doors closing. I hope my review helped!

I have been a part of this school for 4 years now and I have seen growth each year in the students, staff and leadership. This will be an exemplary school before you know it.
