This school has excellent staff and excellent students i support this school and i have hopes that the students that attend this school have a fine education!

Not sure why the rating is not a 10 since there are no reviews. My review would be about our great faculty, principal, and students. But I would also have to say that the designer of our school had not only student learning in mind but also thought deeply about teachers and the staff in putting this school together. I find myself at my desk realizing from time to time that how great the rooms are to be in because of the light from the outside and the way the light fixtures bounce the light on the ceiling that seems to make it easier to read textbooks and see the laptop screens.

I can't say enough great things about Greenwood Elementary. My daughter started KG in 2004, the first year the school opened. We're moving and very disappointed to leave this school. The building is beautifully built with all of the latest technology, very clean and organized. There are quite a few after school activities (drama, mad science, chess club, etc.) currently and more to come available in the coming years I'm sure. It was a slow start to the PTA (now established)and activites but the parental involvement is excellent. The principal is wonderful and I have had excellent experience with discipline at this school. Situations are addressed and resolved immediately and the staff is very involved with parents and students. Every teacher I've dealt with has been exceptional and my daughter has really enjoyed them. Parent/teacher communication is excellent. Overall I think this is a top notch school and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it.
