As a member of the Academy Adventures family/community I believe that this school has the best interest of every student at heart. AAPS strives to make every student feel welcome and challenges them to be the best they can be, recognizing the differences of each student. I'm thrilled to be part of this dynamic community and look forward to their continued success.
Actually, the teachers they have (had) were all very good. However, the administration would tie their hands by overriding any discipline. Also, while the teachers had faith that the students were capable of so much more, the administration would hold them back...that is until they panicked over their underperforming status and low test scores.
Academy Adventures has set a great academic foundation for my child. The whole staff is very caring and involved with every child. I feel my daughter would not be so advanced if it weren't for this awesome school. She surprises me every day with her reading abilities and writing skills. And she's only 7! I recommend this school to any parent who only wants the best education and daily environment for their child(ren).
