I love this school, my son is a 1st grader there and he is doing well. The staff is great and the new principal and Mr Griffin really care about the childs education as well as behavior. Thanks for another great year of my sons education.

I am very satisfied with the Griffin Foundation School. I have looked at other Charters Schools and was not pleased with them. My daughter has a small class and is learning. Her teacher is the best that I could ever ask for. I have recently moved to the south side of Tucson and have looked at another Charter School here and was not pleased with it. CRS is a great school and I am hoping to keep my daughter there.
This is a school that has more 'great' to it than meets the eye. For the last 4 years our family has been scattered in many schools looking for schools that we could truly endorse with our children(s) attendance. We think we found it. CRS & FIMS follows through on their rules, has ever increasing education expectations of it's students, has clear methods for obtaining these objectives on a student by student bases and offers many well managed perks. I feel confident in it's Admin. to retain effective teachers, to weed out any students/teachers that attend for babysitting and provide learning opportunities and maintain the fundamentals. Even my kids, who were very reluctant to change schools again, are reporting that they are learning more then they had at previous schools and enjoy the 'community'. We think we'll park here.

Hmmm. The other reviews are interesting, especially the bad ones. We are not experiencing those things. The class size is about right (25 in the 5th grade). The classrooms are a bit small, but the learning we are seeing in our child is way better than what TUSD had to offer. Plus, they have rules that mean something, there is homework most every night, and our child is starting to improve in knowlege and ability. We have enrolled another of our children in the Middle School that is offered, and we are pleased with it as well. Learning is happening. Homework that reinforces the class-work is being assigned.
