I am extremely disappointed with the quality of leadership at Alcorn. The Principal is not consistant in dealing with her employees or with the discipline of the students. The school does not meet my standards for what I expect a safe and productive atmosphere to look like. I have witnessed the principal repremand her staff in front of parents and students. The severity of the negligance in this Philadelphia public school needs to be recognized and action needs to be taken to solve this dilema. I eagerly want to bring the public's attention to the poor learning atmosphere to which these studnets are being subjected.
The princple at Alcorn is not a very good princple. She doesn't treat her staff or students the way they should be treated. The only way she will hear what you have to say is if you really be up in her face. She has no respect for any of her staff or the people who comes to just help out in the school,to make it better for the kids.
