Harper Woods High School

I'm very concerned about this school ... My daughter graduated from there and went on to college... She's always been honor roll student to say the least, but sh'es struggles with college courses... Wonder why! I would please research your child school and please research a high school wit hcollege prep only...

i'm actually a senior at HWSS this year...and let me tell you....i agree with the person under me. The staff say they can help you and then make excuses of why they can't do anything about the problem. When i first got into high school here things were lookin decent, but as the years went on the teachers got more carless and everything went down hill from there...but hey ... send your kids here, theres a lack of students!

I would not recommend anyone to send there child to the high school. There is always problems at the school and they never get resolved. I had a student at the school and I am glad they do not attend the school anymore. When you need help or need to talk to someone they are never around or make excuses as to why they can't get with you, or they make promises to be there for your child and the parent and they are not. I also feel that they do not prepare this students for college like they say they do. So I do not advise anyone to send there child to this school the school may look nice but don't let that fool you.

I'm an senior at HWSS and I started going there my junior year. When I first started attending there I must say the expierience was very exiting, I felt like I was part of one big family. I'm proud to be HWSS ure graduating class of 2008.
