Emergency or conditionally certificated teachers
This shows the percentage of teachers holding emergency or conditional teaching certificates as reported by the state. While teachers with emergency or conditional certificates may have industry or educational experience that contributes to the classroom, they may be unprepared for the challenges of classroom instruction.
