- The mission of Rhoads Elementary is to provide a quality education that promotes mastery of skills through varied experiences, a culturally enriched curriculum, and hands-on-approaches. All students will develop respect for each other and authority, self-discipline, and self-esteem. Students will reach these objectives in an environment that involves parents, community, students and teachers in an atmosphere that creates excitement about learning.
