Chicken Pita Sandwich

something new to send in your child's lunchbox? Try this Greek-inspired meal. You can make the sandwich the night before and keep it in the fridge. It also can be served for dinner with some Greek sides such as oven roasted potatoes and rice pilaf.

Ingredients
1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 cup chopped cucumber
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon dried mint
4 pita pockets
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Foil

Preparation
In a small bowl make the sauce by combining the yogurt, cucumber, dill and mint. Lay the pita flat and top with lettuce, chicken, tomato and feta cheese. Spoon the sauce on top. Roll up each pita and wrap in foil.
