(January 2009)
"I have been a student at Ridgeview since 6th grade and now I'm in 7th. I can say that the teachers are nice and very smart, but the students can be very rude to others and not try. If you don't like kids wearing baggy pants or cursing, I would recommend that you not go. Right now(2008-2009), there is current construction to make the school better. The school provides good after school activies like basketball, volleyball, music, and a bunch of other stuff. Every year there is a new play. Last year we did High School Musical and now we're doing Thoroghly Modern Millie. Back to the school, the test scores are low, sometimes for the advanced students. Even though I say this stuff, I say it's a good school for drama, gossip, and anything else that teenagers do. Hope this helps you find a good school."

(November 2008)
"It's not the best but not the worst school either. I think that the teachers and counselors are great. They have great programs for the children. Ms. Umoh the Vice Principle is very understanding but stearn when need be but the Ms. Cox I don't know. I can't put my finger on it but something is not right with her. It isn't as divers as one of the parents claimed below. I think they need more male teachers in the school that teach core courses like math, language arts and science. They also need some type of program for ADHD or ADD children aside from medicating them on mind like zolof."

(May 2008)
"I taught at this school in Fall '07. It is a wonderful school that feels like a real community. The level of caring and involvement of the whole staff for students and their parents was outstanding. The principal is a very strong leader with great respect for teachers and for all kinds of learners. I wish my children could attend this school."

(March 2008)
"The worst school my four children have encountered. The principle is very disorganized and doesn't understand the meaning of management."

(October 2007)
"I feel this school is awsome. I live in this area just because of the school. I love the uniform and how the school has no voilence. I never heard of any fight like at the other schools and it's a well mixed school. Just like the real world when our kids finish school. Mrs. Cox is a great no play prinicipal."
