- Recent or upcoming renovations: Perkins Elementary's current facility was built in 1999. Our campus consists of 8 buildings with almost 100,000 square feet. An existing church on our campus was renovated and is used as our theater.
- Gymnasium and physical education facilities: Our P.E. court is about 160 feet long, and it is partially covered. We have basketball courts and playground equipment. The playfield is grass and tree-covered. We have two separate playgrounds for Pre-K and Kindergarten.
- Library facilities: Our library houses about 12,000 books and magazines. We have a Professional Library and breakout rooms for small-group instruction. Our broadcasting studio delivers our morning show brought to you by PerKids T.V. We have a self check-out system and computers set for student research projects.
