School Mission
- It is the vision of Lakeside Middle School that all students can learn from an instructional program that provides a quality educational environment that integrates the arts into all curricular areas. LMS’s well rounded performing arts program compliments the finest academic programs.
· Lakeside Middle School treats every student as an individual not a test score.

Performing Lakeside Acting Youth is a theater program sponsored by the Lakeside Union School District, dedicated to the youth of Lakeside. Children in grades four through twelve dedicate evenings and weekends to producing and experiencing a full theatrical production. Children operate professional lighting and sound equipment and do the directing of the performances; All Grade Six Students particpate in ballroom dance; Swing Dance / Ballroom Dance after school programs; Band / Orchestra / Drum Corps / Jazz Band; All after school sports and Show Choir - Performs at community events and throughout county.
